Scopes
Section titled “Scopes”user: Your settings, for every project.project: The project settings, in the project folder: shared with whoever uses the project. It cannot setreasoningEffort,ui.keymaporcredentials.storefor you.project-user: Your settings for this project, kept outside the project folder.
When a key is set in more than one scope, project-user wins over project, and project over user. Options on the command line win over all of them. talos config origins shows where each value comes from. Permission rules are merged from every scope.
