talos model

Lists models, picks the model TALOS uses and its reasoning effort.

A model is written provider:model, e.g. openai:gpt-5-mini. The MODEL column of talos model list is exactly what talos model use takes.

effort Sets the reasoning effort for models that support it, or clears it with default.

Without an operation, talos model runs list.
